EMS Management Coordinator responsible for all aspects of the Environmental Management System (EMS) working with the Environmental Quality Planner to ensure that the EMS Manual is maintained, while supporting and communicating EMS initiatives and the Environmental Policy Statement throughout the installation, promote sustainability principles through the EMS, demonstrate implementation of organizational EMS systems and satisfy the requirements of the Executive Order 13693 in combination with the International Standard (ISO) 14001 environmental management standard adopted by the Army to assist with EMS requirements.

Significant Aspects & Impacts - CY17

The Cross-Functional Team (CFT) members reviewed original list of activities and processes and identified six activities based on current mission priorities and EO 13693. Based on the activities and processes the CFT group identified the aspects and then through a numerical grading system developed a list of significant aspects including impacts.
